We understand that sometimes, even with the best intentions, things might not go as planned. This policy outlines how we handle refunds to ensure satisfaction and trust within our community.
1. Refund Eligibility:

Session Cancellation: Clients can cancel their scheduled coaching session up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Coach No-Show: If a coach fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notification, clients are entitled to a full refund.

Package Purchase: Clients who purchase coaching packages but decide to discontinue their engagement can request a prorated refund for unused sessions. Such requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Rescheduling:

We encourage both clients and coaches to reschedule sessions rather than cancel. Rescheduling can be done with no additional fee, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.
3. Exceptions:

Special circumstances that prevent attendance, such as medical emergencies or severe life events, will be considered for refunds or rescheduling on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

5. Limitations:

Refunds are not available if the client is dissatisfied with a coaching session due to mismatched expectations or coaching style compatibility. We recommend thoroughly reviewing coach profiles and utilizing initial consultation sessions to ensure alignment.

Refunds for any coaching sessions that have been attended are not typically granted unless the session did not meet the described standards or there was a breach of our community guidelines.
