What can I expect from a session?
A session typically involves a structured conversation focused on your goals, challenges, and opportunities. Through two way active listening, questioning, and feedback you will gain insights and develop strategies for improvement.
What is the typical process like?
The process begins with developing repour and understanding what you want to achieve form the relationship. Following this, you'll develop a plan outlining the desired outcomes and the steps to achieve them. Regular sessions will then focus on progress, challenges, and adjustments to the plan.
What methodologies or approaches do you use?
Different people may use different approaches, but common methods include coaching, mentoring, advisory and teaching. Within each of these there are different approaches as well such as in coaching there is behavioral, goal-setting, and strengths-based coaching. Often approaches will be tailored based on the individual and the situation.
How long is a typical session, frequency of sessions and overall engagement?
As session traditionally runs for an hour. Repeat and then frequency of sessions is situational and can be discussed based on your goals and needs. The length of an engagement varies depending on your goals and needs and can range from a few months to several years.
